Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Mohammed Halloum (contractor) and the client for moving and transport services.

§ 2 Contract Formation

A contract is formed by written or verbal order and confirmation by the contractor.

§ 3 Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined in the written order confirmation. Changes require written form.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

Agreed fixed prices apply. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. Additional time is billed in full-hour increments – no half-hours. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

§ 5 Liability

Liability for damage is governed by statutory provisions. Transport insurance can be arranged on request.

§ 6 Cancellation

Cancellation less than 48 hours before the agreed appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

§ 7 Applicable Law

German law applies. For consumer clients, mandatory statutory provisions of the client's country of residence remain unaffected.
